Was a good experience. Got the oil change done, and they were able to fix my 2 key phob batteries. I was happy to get in and get out even without an appointment. Only issue was I could not connect to the wireless internet. Seems to have been down. But that is minor.
My car experience at this dealership was outstanding. From my initial phone call in making my appointment to my arrival. My service advisor Mr. MATT METTS was very friendly and concerned with what I needed to have done on my vehicle. It was like his car was in for repairs and made sure that everything was going well. He took personal pride to ensure that I was fully satisfied with what was happening with my vehicle. On future visits Mr. METTS will be my service advisor.
The only problem that I have with Kia on Thornton Road is that I had to be hickle that I had oil change and tire rotation within the same week one was on Wednesday was on Friday so Wednesday oil change and tire rotation was $65 the Friday oil change and tire rotation was $40 that I have a problem with.
I am so disappointed my tires had to be swapped at dealership no one else has touched my vehicle has been no where else. I bought brand new. only two tires swapped and you have to have a key to remove personally I think thy were there when I went in.. I was concerned my breaks on my 2014 Kia that I bought end of December 2015 need changing. Spur of the moment They worked me in and notified me to check after my next two oil changes. I have bought 2 cars, 1 new, 1 used, from Norris. Norris is friendly, informed, and accommodating. Most salesmen are pushy to get you to buy a new car. Norris was not. He told me about the models I was interested in and when I decided on a vehicle in their used lot he helped just as if it were a new car.
